ALL PURPOSE JEWELRY CARE:

To clean most jewelry (Fashion,Sterling,Gold Plated etc.) spray on a paper towel first some ammonia free Windex, then pat item gently. That’s it! We have never had an issue in over 10 years on any piece of jewelry.

Be careful to never have any moisture mixed with magnetic closures, they will rust.

Store pieces in a jewelry box, drawer, pouch or an airtight soft container. The elements are not friendly, but proper storage will help prolong the luster & color of the finishes.

Jewelry Cleaner should ONLY be used on SOLID Gold & Diamond pieces! Trust us!

All of our jewelry is guaranteed to be inspected for the utmost quality. Whether it is our in house ‘Exclusive’ designs or curated from all over the world.

We are intensional to be lead & nickel free, we are conscience of irritants & allergies. We cannot however guarantee all products to be totally non irritant to all skin types. Everyone is unique & that would be an impossibility. This is at your own risk.

All of our products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects, however all guarantees are void if it is obvious that the piece has been broken, made contact with salt or pool water or chemicals – including, but not limited to, jewelry cleaner, perfume, lotion, etc.

All SALES ARE FINAL and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if any of our guarantees are violated, we will gladly make it right as quickly as possible! Conditional on, all tags MUST be attached to item & in original, not worn condition within 2 days of receiving items. Simply contact us here and we will get you taken care of immediately.

If an item cannot be replaced because it is out of stock or has been discontinued, you have the option to replace it with an item of equal or lesser value.
